Appreciate your ideas to make it more effective and reach atleat 10% of the affected population also there is a limit of configuring 40 email IDs as target. most of the email ids are of press people. Anyone feel change is required in the content of the petition do let me know

Below is the list of target email ids and if you feel sending email to any of them serve no purpose and if you feel someone more effective personality should be included then please provide your inputs so i can replace them with any ineffective one from below list.
