Daughters kids' rights after the sale of property ( consented by daughters)

I am exploring a property which has changed hands twice. In the first change of hands, the sale deed has all the members of the family included - sons, daughters and the sons' kids, but the kids of the daughter have not been included in the sale deed. We have a family tree as well but the daughters kids are not included. Is there any risk in going ahead with this property.

If it was a self acquired property of the vendor then there is no necessity to include the children of vendors in the sale deed, therefore you may not insist on it instead you may look for other aspects pertaining to the genuineness of the title to the vendor and previous vendor and practical issues involving this property, better obtain a legal opinion before buying it.

Show the title documents to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts and circumstances, despite the fact daughter's children have no locus on the self acquired property.

Yes, daughter's children have no right over the self acquired property of vendor so no need to include them.
