Yesterday, there was a tragic and on the spot death of a sweeper in our housing society in pune Maharashtra state due to electricity shock from a high voltage wire. The chairman told him to sweeper the area where the incident took place.
The sweeper was hired through a private agency. But his company didn't take the insurance of the deceased
What action can the police take against the managing committee members, society manager, and other staff under criminal laws of the Crpc of Indian penal code
The MC members can request all members of the society to contribute some funds to pay to the deceased family.
