Deed of settlement - chief general manager

Dear All,

Shall a duly notarized "Deed of Settlement" written by Husband own handwriting with 6 people have signed as Witnesses satisfy as a Final Document and can any action be taken as per the that document by Chief General Manager of any State Government Corporate Office.

In Deed of Settlement, it was mentioned that Husband himself will pay Rs. 5000/- per month, which was not fruitful till date. So, can the Wife ask writing a letter to Chief General Manager along with that copy of Deed of Settlement, so that she can get monetary benefit.

Does the Chief General Manager has any Quasi-Judicial powers to act accordingly as mentioned in the Deed of Settlement or it should compulsority be challenged via court of law.

Please clarify.

Thank you

SB

Which court are you from?  Supreme Court of SB?  All this is bogus.  Who advised you to do all this?  Contact good criminal lawyer locally.

Agreed. Approach a very able counsel.
