Digital signature issue

Hi,

I have brought a valid Digital Signature few months back for filing few our TM. Yesterday, while login to the e-filing we got a message of “Component expired” message. We followed the PKI guidelines provided on the TM registry's site however failed to login.

We have also written an e-mail to Delhi TMR however could not get any response. We have also cross checked with our Digital Signature vendor from whom we purchased the same.

Please let us know if there are any other different guidelines and settings to be followed apart from those provided on the website.

Ensure that the Operating System is compatible and furhter follow the new PKI guidelines. certainly it will work.

Digital signature works under the certification process of the issueing authority. If the certificate issued by the authority on internet is updated and correct, it will work. But if the certificate has been deleted by any means, your signature will not work properly. Any antivirus may also have stopped the certificate. pl. check and confirm.
