thank you rRajivee,for your time,we had approached high court, advacate told me that this case going to revision not appeal. High court won't give much important like appeal. my intension is to take action majistrate about her judement. is it possible ?

Such trifles will take hell of time if you have enough there will be plenty to give you this or that advice.

a magistrate gives judgement on evidence on record . you have stated that magistrate has held that there is no evidence that signature has been forged and that the judgement passed by magistrate is contrary to evidence namelyof  forensic lab . if froensic lab has given opinion that signature is forged and magistarte has disregarded the opinion your remedy is by way of appeal aginst the order .

you should never make personal allegations against the magistrate

yes, froensic departement confirmed that that signature is not belongs fo my father. now our advacate telling that we can go revision not appeal whchi is less important then appeal.

they appeal can be reexamine but revision just rewrite the justice. law and order also vary by person to person (judges).

is there any option to inquiry the magistrate the reason of the judgement ?

Want to file case to magistrate because we hurted lot about the judgement.
