I am looking for your valuable suggestion on a divorce case where the parties have got divorced and got a final settlement agreed mutually and recieved the money.
Muslim marriage - Ex wife has recieved a final settlement and she had filed a stay order on husband's father's property and when the final settlement was made, Stay order was lifted.
What i want to know is.. Since it is Ex Husband's Fathers property, will be children be legal heir and can they claim a share on the property and apply for a fresh stay order incase he tries to sell the property.
Ex Husband has 2 kids with the divorced wife.
