Documents collection & case against wife/mother-in-law?

2yrs ago Wife filed 498a after our Love marriage which happened 4 yrs ago.But stayed only 40days together :((((((.....I filed for RCR with which they filed for False  Maintaince(She is earning 50k/month) in counter as Sub application to my Main OP.After 2yrs , I have withdrawn my Main OP at argument phase with which her application has got dismissed .

My queries are :

1.It has been 2months ago my case was withdrawn and her Maintainance Case got dismissed . But my evidences (Marriage Certificate and some letters from her etc.,) filed for RCR are still in court. My lawyer told that we can take them later when i insisted to collect them.

Is there any duration court will retain our file in the records?

2.What is the procedure to collect my documents from court after case dismissal ?

3.As the Maintainance case got dismissed ,My Mother in law called me to  adubse/threaten me on phone , as their expectations for false maintainace are about to end after 2 yrs of roaming around courts in a Greed to get maintaince from me for her Software Eng daughter . Also her mother  is the false witness for 498A case on me(A1) and my mother(A2) .Police has removed my mother in Enquiry from private case they filed in court .

What are the cases that i can file against my Wife/Mother in Law for filing false case on us after Trial is over which is still pending?

Anyways my mother is out of 498 case now.So , What are the case that i can make my mother to file against my Wife/her mother  ?

I  would like thank GOD and all the members on the forum for the moral support ...

Original documents deposited in cour can be applied to be given back once the period of filing appeal expires and it is reported that no appeal is pending against impugned order. Phoocies shall be filed and original shall be returned by concerned court and record remains permanently with court in record branch.

You should solely concenerate on your current case rather of making plan for filing cases afer i becomes over. his pre-mature.
