Doubt

Is doctrine of common employment similar to workmen compensation act in India? Who will pay the compensation if one worker caused injury to another worker during the course of employment?

Kindly prefer to raise this query before your Professor /Teacher.
However you may put up your actual grievance query for relevant solutions /guidance.

The query is itself the answer, the other Mr.X is not having a name, and a worker employed by management and the injury was caused during such performance of work and it is ultimately management that has to accept responsibility and pay compensation first and take disciplinary action against Mr.X later, if needed after conducting the inquriy.
