Dv act case without dir report

Hello Everyone,

My DV case has been closed with a maintenance of 14,000 per month 2 years ago.
No DIR report filed in the case  but in the judgment, judge mention in the order that DIR filed.
They are providing the certified copy of DIR.
I also filed the revision but upper court but dismissed.
Is there any way by which I can remand back the DV case or I can take any other action against opposite party.
Please guide.

Court can proceed with DV case without perusing the DIR

You can appeal under section 29 of PWDVA-2005 with condonation of delay

Please hire some senior and experienced lawyer

Thanks Anupam Goswami Sir,

Condonation of delay has been dismissed due to insufficient reason in session court.
In lower court DIR not filed, can I remand back or any other case can I file?
I heard that without DIR court can't summon or notice and decide the case. Is this right? If yes what action should I take now.

Please guide.

Thanks again
