Hi my spouse and her parents willfully faked her education. I made myself clear to them regarding my requirement of girls education. I accepted for the marriage relying on their statements. After marriage girl started complaining about my parents and after small argument between us girl attempt for suicide saying I didn't supported her and supporting my mom. Later on it came to my knowledge from outside sources that girl and her parents willfully faked about her education. Now her father is threatening us saying "Yes we lied to get marriage done. Do whatever you can do, I will see what you can do".
Can I go for annulment of marriage as my consent to marriage is fully based on girls education. I specifically asked for particular stream of education keeping in mind about future based on our qualification So that we both can work together and develop our own profession.
Can I approach Human Rights for justice against my wife and her parents ?
