Wife has filed for RCR ,and also wants maintainence for the procedings .She is a graduate and working /earning around 30,000/month. She hasmentioned that she has no source of earning (in prayer to court).
Am I (husband) liable to pay maintanence till the proceedings ?
doesn`t it lead to misleading the court due to mentioning falsly that she is unemployed + that the salary i am earning is mentioned more than 50% that i am actually .

this is going to be first hearing,
she is working right now ..
i haven`t filed any case till now.
