My grand father runned a family business as HUF status and after his death his only two sons shared the properties of the Grand father. My father also runned the same business & he has two male & one female children & I am the first son of my father & due to mis understanding i was seperated from my father & after five years ago my father created a family arrangement ( Un-registered ) and in that he alloted some portions of property( not all ) to me and to my two minor children. and iam forced to accept the same under family situations. During 2008 my father expired, and he excuted a settlement deed six months before his death in favour of my brother & sister some portions of the family property
I am asking the remaining portion of my property to my bros.for the past five years and they are refusing. Now can i proceed thro' court of law to recover my portion
