Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Our late mother had property which was bought by her father. My mother had 5 siblings.The sisters sold off the property & divided the share equally.Our father was asked if he wanted our mother's share but he refused.I would like to know did we have a legal right to that property too, though we were married then & were not consulted on the matter at all.
