I was looking for the Format for Adjudication & stamping of the Power Of Attorney.
POA is executed outside inside by my daughter to me for the land belonging to me with a mention that she is releasing all her rights on the agricultural property owned solely by me at Mercara (Coorg) in Karnataka for the pupropse of sale / bank loan/ growing crops etc.,
If any one in the forum have a format handy please do help me with an ediatable soft copy.
I would like to thank all the previous SME who helped in guiding my civil cases which helped me in winning the cases. I anticiapte your help with the format please...
