Please specify to me the fundamental Rights of childern if the parents are living seperate and Divoravce not done. They are fighting in court for custody. There are any judgement from supreme court or any highcourt  where they specified the right of childern and made a good ruling in the walfare of childern.

query too vague to reply properly .... it is necessary in such cases to mention the age of the children & a brief background of parents ..... lot would depend on same ..... paramount issue that courts consider in custody cases is the welfare of the children ......

Query is relate to fundamental rights of child.

If the court deny visitation to one party due to fail to give maintance (not other reason ), And child want to meet second party , so in this case what is the rights of child and what is the provision in law for child welfare
