Gift of unregistered property to daughter

Dear Sir

I had booked an apartment with a builder under construction linked payment plan in Gurgaon ( Haryana ) . The construction is not complete and hence not yet registered with Registring authority . I want to gift the booking of to my married daughter before taking possession / registration .

I request if some one can supply me the format for gift of booking of the apartment . The change of registration will be in the builders record only .

dear aggarwal

you can make this change by depositing mere a affidavit saying that you are willfully ,without any coericion and force ,from heart with affection gifting the said flat (mention builder name,location etc detail of flat) to ypour daughter .

this affidavit will be the proof that you are intentionally in good health and mind and willfully gifting that flat to your daughter and you have no objection.

dear sir,

my uncle had purchased and staying in a flat since 1997 and now wants to gift the same to his son, who is major now. but my uncle has no registered the flat.

can he gift the falt to his son where the flat is not registered.

if not, than kindly suggest me the procedure that the flat can be in the name of his son.
