We are a Govt. org. and want to carry out Global Expression on Interest for inviting proposals for supplying machinary from Indian and foreign suppliers. We want to carry out Global Expression of Interest in which we will give advertisement in Indian national newspapers and on our website. My queries are as below :
1) How do the foreign suppliers know about our advertisement (in Indian newspapers/ on our website)? Dowe have to contact telephonically/through email simultaneously? or is there any other channel?
2) What is the difference b/w floating process of Global EOI and National EOI?
3) Are there any tutorials/knowledge base on internet for help?
