IN ONE ORAGNSATION I AM JOINED AS ON 5TH MAY 2000. IN THAT ORGANISATION I HAD BEEN WORKED IN SEVERAL POSTS UP TO FEB 2006.
FOR MY BETTER GROTH I RESIGNED .AT THAT TIME THEY ARE SETTELED MY ACCOUNTS WITHOUT GRATUATY . THEY GIVEN LEAVE ENCASHMENT , PF .
THAT TIME I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE GRATUATY ACT. WHEN I CAME TO KNOW THAT I WENT AND ASKED THA MANAGING DIRECTOR , & HR MANAGER . BOTH WERE REPLIED THAT WE HAVENOT MADE ANY PROVISION AT THAT TIME OF YOUR WORKING PERIOD, HENSE YOUARE UNABLE TO GET THE GRATUATY .
AFTER THAT I WENT TO AN ADVOCATE AND SENT NOTICE TO THE HR MANAGER. THEY REPLIED THAT HE IS NOT ELIGIABLE TO GET THE GRATUATY , THAT ADVOCATE SAID THAT WHY SHOULD YOU FOUGHT FOR A LITTEL AMOUNT.
THE SAME HR MANAGER GIVEN THE SERVICE CERTIFICATE ABOVE SAID PERIOD. AND HOWCAN HE REPLAY HE IS NOT ELIGIABLE FOR GRATUATY ?
SUCHTHAT SITUATION WHAT I CAN DO , HOW TO APPROCH AT HYDERABAD? WHOM TO APPROCH ?
