Having pursued you shall realize that if you work for 190 in a year, 5th year you shall be eligible.

Gratuity={ ( Basic+DA)/26*15*NO of years in service}

Here; Basic +DA is as per last drawn salary.

 

Employee can submit FormI 30days before LWD..................also.

--employee is not eleigble if employee has nor completed 5 calendar years of service..............which is fully wrong
