Hindu Succession Act Section 14(2)

Hi,

I have a question regarding Hindu Succession Act Section 14(2). I am giving complete descripttion about my problem.

Women(A) has her own property and she is my step grandmother's mother. My Grand Mother (B) do not have any children. A has prepared a WILL and in that WILL she states that her property should go to me after her death and mentioned my name in WILL. She also stated that her daughter B can have enjoyment benefit on that property(Agricultural Land) and aslo mentioned that after her(B) death the property should go to me. This WILL was registered and also all rights are with A only. A expired long back(1980). After that i am paying Land Tax and in Adangal my name was there for 20 Years. My grand mother did not claim any ownership on that land. My father younger brother prepared a WILL before two months of her(B) death and it was not registered. Another point here is my grand Mother(B) is literate and she will do signature not finger print. My father younger brother when she(B) was unconsiousness put her finger printers and prepared a WILL and telling that according to Hindu Succession Act Section 14(2) the property belongs to him. Is this property belongs to my father brother, Please help me how this act will work for this condition.

Thank You,

Learning
