House property

Hi All,

I (Ravi Kumar, age 29 ) owned some land from my grandfather as a gift for elder grand son.

I took house loan (Rs 5,00,000) and constructed house in 2009. Loan amount was with my name.

I have been payining the EMIs and currently still the loan amount was Rs 4,80,000.

Now, I want to pay the total loan amount and want to sell the house property.

Could you please let me know if my parents/brother signature required for sold the property ?

Regards,

Ravi Kumar D.

If the property was gifted to you by your grandfather - it is your absolute property. No concurrence is required from their side. Take bank in confidence and go ahead with the transaction.
