Hi All,
my self victim of false 498a, along with 498a they have filed DV case. In my DV case Judge has ordered exparte interim order before i could file objection itself. So my lawyer suggested to submit all my liablities along with my salary slip which is all done. Meanwhile DV case was refered to RCR which i had applied and it failed.
Now my lawyer is sayign there would be "revised interim order" from the DV court.
So my query is , can the revised interim order which might get issued, Can it be challenged in the same court as well as in session court?
