I am fighting a 498a from my wife in Court-A. I was married in June-2011 she spent only few days with me and left at her will saying she did not want to marry me. She has not been living volutarily with me since September 2012. Now misusing laws against.
498a was filed in January 2014 and case is ongoing.
meanwhile she filed a maintenance 125 in courrt-B and got ex parte decree bribing the clerks ( I did not get any information about the case/125 or hearing things till 4-5 months after ex parte decision in April 2015. In october 2015 when I came to knew from ex wife's statement in 498a hearing that I have not been giving her a maintenance of 2000 as ordered by course (case which I never knew when filed or decision came). so In oct-2015 I submitted an appliation thru lawyer for re-hearing of 125 case.. I don't know whether court considered it or not.. but recently My father got a notice from that course (who sanctioned/125 ex parte) for paying her..
Can anyone suggest what can be done to deal with it at the best.
