how to treat

hello sir

my friend and me is jr advocates practicing in andhra pradesh bars my friend got an opurtunity in one famous finance company as jr. advocate . suits will file by the senior council and execution will file by this jr.advocate. they stated at the time of empanaling as jr.advocate that means retatiner to file EP's ok . for this work thery have to give monthly fee of Rs.6000/- to this work they agreed.

now  they giving 6000/- to this fellow but my friend stating that he is taking monthely fee on the salary record . they giving fee but they deducting ESI  is this proper way or not?  he already taken 4 months of fee it will suffer further? is thare any advise or alter native to this? if thare is a problem what is the solution?

find out whether the jr. lawyer is on pay roll of the company?

i think he is in pay rolles he sated that his fee was taken in the book that every manager and call four wrker singned on the wages record like that.
