interaction with registrar

i have an interaction with registrar virtually on 3rd september in supreme court in writ petition under article 32 PIL. IF I DO NOT APPEAR VIRTUALLY THEN WILL REGISTRAR DISMISS THE PIL WRIT UNDER ARTICLE 32?

What is the problem for the interaction, that too, virtually?

Please appreciate the fact that Registrar Supreme Court has to follow instructions issued by Chief Justice, where virtual interaction was allowed for limited period to contain pandemic which has now been discontinued.

No it hss not been discontinued. I got an email to the effect thst interaction will be virtusl.

Why you want to avoid virtual interaction in your petition unless it's filed with vested interest. Don't avoid it.
