After order of Family court for maintenance u/s 18 &20, i have appealed in the Bombay High court ,Hon'ble Hghcourt time being reduced the amount decided by family court and still the matter is pending with the Bombay High Court for maitenanace , Presently my wife has filed an application for Divorce u/s 13 (1),(ia)(ib) &26 in the family court and along with that application again she has filed the interim appication for the maintenance , I just want to know that in this case Section 10 of CPC is applicable or not ,as per my advocate section 10 is not applicable in the family court.
May I have any citation in this matter
