I am a manager of a govt. aided inter college, the principal is indulge in various malpractices like illegal fee collection, illegal appointments of fourth class employee, disobedience of order of management committee, the result of 10 th & 12 class board examination this year has been below 10%,keeping in view above i suspended him but due to inaction of DIOS 60 day expired i approach the high court, the court directed DIOS to decide the matter, the principal by extraneous consideration Manage the disapproval of suspension order i again suspended him & approach the court, but the high court also says that since 60 days has been expired since 2nd suspension the suspension will remain ineffective, the principal has now become more wayward, my counselor says i should complete the enquiry, terminate him and inform the selection commission Allahabad, I am sure that the principal will succeed to manage the officers at commission also.How i can get rid of the corrupt principal?
Is there any solution of it? the govt. is providing about rs.50 lacks every year in account of salary to the college but the result is so pathetic.
