i am managing partner of a partnership firm with some financial liabilities. since 2010 there are no activities but the firm is not yet dissolved. My other partnership wrongly claims that he is not a parner and has sent me a letter saying he had resigned on a perticular date. however this is a wrong statement since the firm is yet to be dissolved and even after the date of his claim that he resigned he had signed cheques
. he is doing is to avoid financial liabiliites ...what action can i take on him
