Dont the judges actually see the facts of a case before giving interim orders. just because the petition say that i am earning a huge amount to claim heavy maintainence means that it is true??? very very disappointed with the laws. judges are appointed to give justice after examining the truth or atleast the proof. blindly giving judgements makes me feel that they are not clean people.

You have not stated the facts of your case have you stated your source of income to the court as evidence . Alternatively you can go in for an appeal as there is still time .
Just because judge says you have to pay x amount doesnt mean you have to. Legal system is very ineffective to do anything. Don't pay and let her bang her head for execution orders, then pay little and stop again. Keep playing this game, any money she gets will go again to pay lawyer only. Indian legal system is a joke, stop taking it seriously.

The court would attach his assets in case he has any alternatively the court can recover the same from his employer on a monthly basis .
