I would like to know on the legal complications which would arise on a marriage for a Brahmin boy and a Christian Protestant Girl.

Provisions of The Special Marriage Act,1954 will empowered to tackle all complications of such marriage.

mr. mahesh is right. there is no bar for marriage. complications will arise after marriage regarding property rights.

Dear Sirs,
I would like to know on which Act does the marriage could be registered if there is 2 type of wedding performed. i.e a Hindu wedding followed by a church wedding.
