Kindly advise the legal force of the Registered GPA, Registered WILL, Registered Receipt for consideration Payment , Agreement to Sell, Affidavit etc executed in 1986 by a Person "A" against a Property Leased by the DDA to person "A" for which even possession has been delivered. ( There is no dispute between buyer and seller) but in a case Civil Court say that , Person "A" has a leased proeprty could not have executed the GPA etcs"
