I am selling a .com to someone in Germany.
I would like a physical paper aggrement to be executed prior to the transfer of the domain to them, for tax pruposes.
What kind of legal paper should this be pinted on?
Is there any legal paper with global validity? Where can I buy?
Also, does anyone have readymade boilerplate for domain sales?
