Maintanance

Is there any rule if wife is staying at her own home and husband has to pay maintanance to her

hello,

the sole criteria of deciding maintenance is that when either spouse is unable to maintain him/herself.

if there is a valid marriage then husband has to pay maintenance.

There is no such rule of thumb dear
