Maintenance on previous jobs earning

Dear Learned members,

I understand from reading posts on topic of maintenance is "Husband's current earning (at the time of putting up case) from job / business is considered while awarding / deciding maintenance".

I was searching  for "If husband's previous jobs earning is considered while deciding maintenance by court" , but couldnt find concrete answer on the same.

Request you for suggestion on above query.

Dear Sir

So far as Sec.125Cr.P.C is concern, for deciding the quantum of maintenance, husband's income is considered.(may it come from previous jobs or current) Your earning may come from your previous jobs/savings, but it is considered as present earning.

@Bhawani,

Thank you for the reply.

Lets say before filing maint. suit husband was earning 30K per month and at the time of filing suit husband is earning 10K per month. Which amount would  be taken in to consideration while deciding on maintenance ?
