Is the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 applicable to employees who are trainees??
Are the days of training period counted in counting 80 working days preceding EDD??
After completing one year training period, now probation period is started, but the organization HR persons are saying that working of training period will not be counted. Please make me clear.
