Misconduct of advocate, pls help

Honorable advocates, Kindly help
I had filed a complaint in bar council, for misconduct of advocate, I was taken for a ride 10 yrs, critical, crucial evidence was not provided in court, during a court hearing in final argument, I noticed the judge disturbed with the file, she ordered written arguments, to both parties, I checked the file in court and was confused why such less evidence was there, I do not know anything of law...
I consulted another advocate, new advocate checked the file, or whatever and informed me that all critical evidence was missing, apart from many other questionable faults were found. The case is against gangsters

Coming to the point
I filed a misconduct complaint against advocate
the bar council approached me, I went, the case is of a victim (facing mental health issues, due to the crimes on her)
NOW
The misconduct advocate gave pages of response, I was told to respond to her in writing

the first point she has stated is---
where is the victim how can a mother file this complaint, where as waqalatnama is signed by victim

does this fail my complaint? I paid the fees to advocate, not the victim. victim has a fragile state of mind, she cannot face all these pressures and trauma

please help, do I as a mother not stand a chance to file the complaint? is there any law or court judgements that allows a parent/mother or anyone to file a misconduct complaint?

can I get some of these judgements, that I can file a complaint on behalf of my child?
what should I do please help?
Any instructions pls?
the pain and anguish of destruction, being betrayed cannot be expressed in mere words.

Thanking You in advance

A complainant is someone who makes a report of criminal wrongdoing. A complainant can be the victim or witness of an alleged crime. It is the complainant that makes the initial accusation, or claim that someone has done something wrong, to the police, which initiates an investigation and/or arrest.

If an individual has knowledge of criminal or suspicious behavior, they may want to report this info to the police. Upon initiating this report, the reporter becomes the complainant, and must give law enforcement accurate information as to what they believe or know. In criminal law, the complainant is typically the person who signs a statement saying that someone else did certain things that constitute a crime. The details of the crime that were not observed by police are provided by the complainant and will be vital to the prosecution; the complainant may be called to testify at trial. The information given by the complainant aides the police in taking legal actions.

Hope the above explanation clarifies your doubt, hence you can very well quote the same in your reply in the complaint against the advocate pending before bar council.
