sir my question is hotel has to pay for music rights to companies on playing music is there any case of it & what is current position on this & whose jurisdiction the case falls for music rights

Issue legal notice to them if they have violated the rights and claim for damages in the civil court where hotel is situated that area court has jurisdiction to try.
