I am leasing my house in Bangalore for 11 months for a refundable lease amount of ten lakhs and without any regular monthly rent.
I want to know how this should be worded in the lease agreement. Should I write it as "Refundable Lease amount of 10 lakhs without monthly rental" or is there any other specific way it should be stated ?
