Need some clarity on terms and conditions usage in mobile applications

In all mobile applicatios we have segment called terms and conditions which user needs to accept before signup the app. 1. Whether this terms and conditions needs to be registered somewhere or just by having this as a information in app itself will entitle the legal rights. 2.Whenever we do ammendment in this this needs to be re registered somewhere or just have to do changes in the respective page of the app would be enough 3. Any special advise we have to keep in mind while framing this terms and conditions Your valuable guidance would be very much appreciated

The query is too general for any meaningful suggestion. All that could be stated is that any condition that violates or infringes the ordinary rights of the citizens are void or voidable and hence unenforceable unless there is a valid law which supports such a condition.

There is no need for terms to be registered since they are available on website. Website terms are as per the requirements of owner of the website.
when one agrees to login then it creates a contract between the user and company. Terms and conditions are made by keeping the legal framework website should have.
A shopping site will have conditions of sale, purchase, refund, return.
And a newspaper or blog site will have conditions for copyright, not to copy.
and a website of jobs site will have conditions for
privacy policy etc.

Terms and conditions prevailing at that point of time when the agreement was executed and accepted shall govern the subject.
