No Civil Proceedings, ONLY Criminal

How would the idea be; restricting all forms of Courts to Crminal Proceedings only. Civil matters have to be resolved by arbitration!!

Would reduce burden on judiciary to a large extent

delay in civil proceedings is a major factor for criminal incidents.

but, applying your idea, arbitration will merge as ordinary civil litigation and there would be no diference.

Dear Abhinav Rakesh

I Agree with ShriThritpati

For  all the Civil Disputes the Arbitrtaiton is not  final solution , Arbitration may be one of the course of action to settle the Disputes , when the parties are not agreed for arbitration , there is  no scope for arbitration .

All Civil Matters can not  be decided/resolved  by Arbitration -Your  idae is not  correct !

with regards !

Dear Abhinav

I too agree with Mr. Tripathi. However so far delay in disposing matter is concerned it is largely on account of we people (including Court) are not as diligent as we should be. Moreover, people Judge ratio in our country too paralyse the entire litigation. However things can only improve when all of us on our part act diligently and not otherwise.
