Good evening members,
my father bought resale flat . 1st owner had purchased parking slot from builder and letter of same was alloted to him but no sale deed of parking slot was made. in our sale deed ( resale )only flat has been mentioned and not parking slot . Now society is for redevelopment .
my Query.
1 does my father has legal right on said parking slot

Your father shoiuld obtain and be in possession of the parking space allotment letter given by the builder to the previous buyer i.e., your father's seller and claim parking space on that basis if the developer is refusing to allot parking space.
