Father (Alive ) has married twice and there is no divorse in place from his 1st wife..Below is the family tree ( all are Alive below)
1. Wife1 (W1) has 1 Son ( Married-34 Years Old) and 1 Daughter ( Married and 36 Years Old)
2. Wife 2 ( W2) has 1 Son ( UnMarried- 19 Years Old) and 1 Daughter (UnMarried- 21 Years Old) Son
Father has 20 acres of Ancestral Land and a Bunglow (Ancestral) which is in his posession ( staying with his 2nd wife and Kids). The 1st Wife and his Son stays in a different city ( far away) and their expenses are from Sons professional earnings.
Questions
1. What all are the Legal rights of W1 and her family ( Son and Daughter)
2. If partition suite files then how the distribution will put in place.
3. Apart from Ancetsral Property Partition what other rights the W1's family has?
Note- Father is very rude and he is threatening family of W1 and posessing all lands and enjoying the royality. Also he is not paid a single penny till now in terms of Maintanance to W1 and any up brining of her kids.
