Dear Sirs,
I am working in a partnership firm located in Bangalore from past 2 years, This firm had two partners i.e Partner one a parent company called M/s Infolife Technoligies Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. XXX (an individual business man) with a sharing ratio of 50% each. now from march 2011, Partner 2 Mr. XXX is missing along with his family, we tried to find him with his friends, relatives and all other sources but nobody knows his whereabouts. Mr. XXX was one of the signatory in the Business, without his signature we cannot operate bank account, tender and all other business related activities.
Because of the above said problems we are unable pay salaries, taxes etc. in regard with this we lodged a missing complaint aganist Mr. XXX.
Now, we dont know the right procdure to take the furture action to reslove the problems which we are facing.
I kindly request somebody to help us to run the Business, around 20 families are affected, please help us..
