Dear friends ,
I Have my own partnership firm with four partners including me.now three partners are going to resign,and one new partner are entering in to the firm .now i want the process for this . and i want ''form 5'' format . and modify deed format also .kindly help me out in this .

That means, there is a change in the Constitution of the firm. Now, clearly arrive at terms and conditions with new partners. Amend the conditions and prepare a fresh deed of partner ship giving heading about change in the constitution of the firm. Delete other outgoing partners. Get the change registered with the Registrar of partnership firm.
