Dear Sirs,
I worked with an organisation for 3 years, within time company's condition became worse and I had to resigned.I send them PF withdrawal forms, but I have got no reply. I asked in the regional PF office they told me the procedure to withdraw it without Employer Signature. But now I have joined another organisation, now my concern is can I withdraw the PF amount with the procedure or I am left with only option of transferring that account with the new employer.
Because new employer is going to create a new PF account for me. Are 2 PF account with same name going to create problem for me? Or I can withdraw the previous amount and start the new account with new employee.
