to whom one should submit an application regarding a stay order in chief judicial magistrate court. What would be the format of such application.

If you want a stay order against the order of the CJM then you havre to file a Revision either before the Sessions Court or before the High Court. For further assistance send details.

 For getting a stay order against the order of the chief judicial magistrate, a revision can be file before the Sessions Court.
