Hello,
Please advice me that Can my Wife claim from me in Property Share as they are threatening me for this if I dont pay them more money.
1) Marriage lasted for only 30 days
2) She earns Handsome Salary from Govt. Job
3) She filled false complaint in Police station 498 in response to my application to get her back with RED Cross Social Health. Till Date FIR is Not Registered its 6 Months already passed
4) Already they have enchased 2 Lacs from me Bank certificate is with me for payment by my Father.
5) Till date no Agreement has been signed by them even after continual request to them.
6) Have returned all her belongings but as same no reciept from them but I have Witnesses to prove in front of whome payment was made.
Please guide me what should I do at this stage what can I do legally at this point
