dear experts , i`m amita rishi gupta ,i filled maintenance case against my husband becz he was illtreated mei have two son also with me ,i want some judgments to support my case becz my husband given wrong payslip & shown may deductions ,so can any one suggest me any judgment to support that voluntry deduction should add to the salary while concerning maintenance amount. waiting for help.

You are welcome to the forum. A good place for your type of people. Services are open for all as many times as you feel like. I do not know you are from which part of country. Please always mention that in your correspondance. I hope you get justice as early as possible and he should be punished in a way. You have to go out and look for help of some govt. executives. I do not think they will charge you big money. They may see you as their sister in need as I hope so. I also hope you receive helping hand for your and your children living.
