Well, if you do appoint a lawyer, and he is not able to present your case properly, you can always change the lawyer.

I am appointing a lawyer for my case but,

Want to know, is it that I have to compulsorily stick to that lawyer only or weather I can appoint different

Dear Harassed ,

You  can go as per the above Advocates replies as well as you can sumbit your own written arguments if you are converent as you know your case very well with just a  date and your signature and the courts would accept this .so dont worry be happy .
